1. No Cancellation Policy:

Once a booking is confirmed, cancellations are not permitted. We recommend that guests make their travel arrangements and plans accordingly, as all bookings are considered final.

2. Exceptional Cases:

In the event of an exceptional circumstance (such as a medical emergency or other unforeseen events), guests may contact the resort directly before 24 hours of actual booking to request a review of their case. However, please note that approval for cancellations in such cases is not guaranteed. The decision will be made at the discretion of resort management after a thorough review of the situation.

3. Refund Process:

In the rare case that a cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed according to the original method of payment. Once the refund is initiated, the amount will be credited back to the guest’s account within 5 to 7 business days. The processing time may vary depending on the guest’s bank or payment provider.

4. No Refund for Early Departures:

Guests who choose to depart earlier than their scheduled check-out date will not be eligible for any refunds.

5. Non-refundable Add-ons:

Any additional services such as meal plans, tours, or special packages booked during the reservation process are non-refundable under any circumstances.
