Terms and Conditions 

Welcome to GOTTIPATI VENKATABALA SUBRAHMANYAM, located in Andhra Pradesh, India. By making a reservation with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We request you to carefully read them to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay.

1. Room Occupancy:

  • Execute Room: Each standard room accommodates up to 2 adults.
  • Standard Room: Each standard room accommodates up to 2 adults.
  • Extra Person: Only one additional person is allowed in either room category, subject to an extra charge. A mattress will be provided for the additional guest.

2. Check-in and Check-out:

  • Check-in: Guests can check-in starting from 12:00 PM.
  • Check-out: Check-out must be completed by 10:30 AM. Late check-outs are not guaranteed and are subject to availability. Should you require a late check-out, please inform the reception in advance. Additional charges may apply for late check-outs.

3. Payment Policy:

Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and online payment methods. Any outstanding charges during the stay must be cleared before check-out.

4. Cancellation Policy:

No Cancellation: Once a booking is confirmed, cancellations are not permitted. Guests are requested to ensure their travel plans before booking. For any exceptional circumstances or emergencies, you may contact the resort directly, and the management may review your case. However, no guarantees are provided regarding changes or cancellations.

5. Changes to Reservation:

Any modification to your booking (such as changes to dates or room type) must be requested at least 72 hours in advance. Approval of changes is subject to availability and may involve additional charges.

6. Damages and Liability:

Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the resort property during their stay. Charges for any damage, breakage, or loss will be applied to the guest’s account. Golden Resorts does not assume responsibility for any personal injury, loss of personal belongings, or accidents occurring during your stay. Guests are advised to take appropriate precautions for their safety.

7. Smoking and Pets:

  • Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and in enclosed areas of the resort. Designated smoking areas are available.
  • Pets: Pets are not allowed on the resort premises.
